How it Works
Sports Performance training focuses on developing the total athlete for success on the court or field. Our goal is to help athletes of all ages, sports, and ability levels develop the strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility, and mentality needed to compete at the highest level possible. This means utilizing the latest, scientifically informed training methods in a way that addresses the particular physical and mental demands of each sport.
This is much more than weight training. Our Sports Performance workouts tie together a wide range of exercises and drills to prepare both body and mind for competition. We offer various programs designed to meet the needs of athletes with different goals, ages, strength and experience levels. Each workout program is tailored to the specific demands of the sport or sports being played and is designed for consistent, long-term improvement.
Weekly Class Schedule
- Monday: 6:15-7:45 am, 6:00-7:00 pm
- Tuesday: 8:00-9:00 pm
- Thursday: 6:15-7:45 am, 6:00-7:00 pm
- Saturday: 7:30-9:00 am
- Sports Performance (HS/College/Pro) – Our most intense & comprehensive program. For dedicated athletes trying to reach the highest levels of performance. Strength, speed, explosion, etc. 2/3/4 x week.. $200-$400/mo, $25/individual session.
- In-Season Program – For in-season athletes looking to maintain strength and form. Power maintenance, recovery, injury reduction. Appropriate for more experienced athletes. 2/1 x week. $100-$150/month, $20 individual session.
